Matt Gudinski is Chief Executive of the Mushroom Group.
He stepped into the role in 2021 after two decades working in various roles within Australia’s leading music and entertainment collective. Matt is committed to driving the Group’s evolution, further diversification and global expansion while remaining true to its roots.
Given Matt’s background, it should come as no surprise that he is also determined to honour the Group’s esteemed history and DNA. Immersed in the industry since birth, Matt is the son of iconic Mushroom Group founder Michael Gudinski, the person often referred to as the most influential figure in Australian music history.
Matt joined the family business at just 17 years of age in 2003 and has been immersed in all aspects of the Mushroom Group, further developing and evolving its label and live divisions while overseeing change in music publishing and artist management amongst many other things. Since taking the reins as Mushroom’s Chief Executive, Matt has driven Mushroom’s evolution, diversification and vision to be a global leader in entertainment.

Anna Toman is the Executive Project Director of Mushroom Events.
Anna has a wealth of experience across the live entertainment industry, She is the co-founder of Mushroom Events, which she started alongside the late Michael Gudinski. Anna has specialised knowledge across all facets of local and international touring, finance, touring logistics, travel arrangements and event management. She has also worked alongside some of the most famous artists in the world, coordinating every detail when it comes to logistics and live performances.
Anna has worked within the Mushroom Group for 35 years, including stints at booking agency Premier Artists and as EA to Michael Gudinski. She is instrumental in programming, curating, and negotiating talent for the leading Australian sporting events including the AFL Grand Final and other AFL feature rounds, the F1 Australian Grand Prix, the Melbourne Cup Carnival, Supercars and LIV Golf to name a few.

Travis Hogan is the Chief Production Director at Mushroom Group and Frontier Touring and one of the most sought after Production Directors in the Southern Hemisphere.
Travis specialises in all facets of tour and production management, technical direction and design, working closely with the most established acts on the planet, including Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Foo Fighters and Justin Bieber.
Travis is extensively involved in the Australian sporting presentations market, including Tennis Australia, Victoria Racing Club, F1 Aus GP and the AFL Grand Final entertainment which he’s managed the production on for more than a decade.

Tom Macdonald is the Chief Creative Officer at Mushroom Group.
A trailblazer in the entertainment industry, Tom has built a reputation for creating unforgettable moments, content and events.
Tom is an ARIA Award-winning Creative Director (Best Music Video) and leads a full studio team and creative agency that recently won Production Company of The Year. Tom is renowned for his multidimensional creative work across all facets of the creative industry, including broadcast television, documentaries, music videos, brand content and major events. He also served as the primary creative lead for the AFL Grand Final pre-game and half-time entertainment.

Maddy Lynch has been an integral part of the Mushroom Events team for nearly nine years, fuelled by her love for music, live events, and a keen attention to detail.
With a background in the dance industry, Maddy brings a refined sense of precision and flow to her work, ensuring seamless, behind-the-scenes experiences that let artists’ shine. Her dedication to excellence in event logistics and artist relations reflects her passion for being involved in every stage of the process, from beginning to end.

With 30 years’ experience across the media and sports industries, Lisa is a seasoned professional with a deep expertise in producing, creative curation, and executive assistance.
Having worked across various sectors, including radio & TV, Lisa has developed a comprehensive skill set in managing high-profile projects, artists and delivering engaging content for diverse audiences.

Laetitia is an Events Assistant responsible for coordinating and supporting the broader Mushroom Events team and its clients.
